For all of those overnight oats lovers, our peaches version is the best way to upgrade the recipe. It’s simple, tasty and healthy! 🥰
RECIPE (serves 1)
- 1/2 cup gluten free old fashioned oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla
- 1/4 cup of yogurt
- 1 scoop of our Multi Collagen Complex
Combine all the overnight oats ingredients into a container fitted tightly with a lid. Shake and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning give the oats a stir then layer with fresh peaches 🍑 and drizzle maple syrup over your oats. Spread around until evenly covered. Enjoy!
