Hi, my name is Byron, and I started my weight loss journey in July 2019 at around 350 lbs. With a few small changes to my bad eating habits & sedentary lifestyle, I’ve managed to lose over 100 lbs in a short amount of time. I’ll be turning 40 years old in 2021 and couldn’t be happier with the new me. I love to work out, cook, and invest in the stock market.
Thank you for the introduction Byron, I cant wait to get this started. It sounds like you made a complete lifestyle change for the better! What would you say motivates you most?
There is always room to improve and learn new things, but it requires action to get there as we never get back the time that we lost. I try my best to ensure that I get the most out of each and every single day.
Amazing. So, what's your favorite thing about being an Ambassador/influencer?
The cool thing about making my weight loss journey public is that I get to inspire other people who share the same challenges and frustrations I had. You never know the positive impact you may have on someone who probably thought about giving up and didn’t because of what I share. I enjoy helping people.
And what are your top three Vitamin Bounty products that keep you going?
From top to bottom, Crush on Keto, Alpha GX7, and Burn on Keto
Great Choices! So, where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I will be 45 and probably in the best shape of my life.
YES!! So, what inspired you to start this keto journey thats getting you to the best shape of your life?
At my highest weight I was almost 400 lbs, and being big for 20+ years started bringing consequences such as type II diabetes, and high blood pressure. I was considering weight loss surgery, but decided to give keto a try as a last attempt before that because I feared dying on the operating room. It is amazing how my life has changed in a short amount of time. I lost 110 lbs in my first year doing keto.
What tips would you give someone just starting their keto journey?
Actions over excuses. It is not selfish to take care of us first so that we can take care of others. Prioritize yourself, invest time in reading, learning and cooking. It pays off.
Thanks Byron, you're an inspiration to everyone!
