Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Multi Collagen Complex

 

Toppings

  • 1 peach diced
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pecans

Instructions

  1. In a jar, mix together the vanilla yogurt, almond milk, collagen, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. To combine, stir everything together well. Add oats. 
  2. Cover the jar and shake thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Remove from fridge, top with peaches, maple syrup, and pecans.
