Instructions

  1. Cut apple into chunks and cook with oatmeal and water and simmered for 20 minutes, when oat is soft.
  2. Add almond milk, cinnamon and a couple slices of apple to serve.
  3. Add two teaspoons collagen to mix in with the oats. Enjoy!
