Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 dates soaked in hot water for about 20 min
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax seeds : 3 tbsp water)
  • 2 tbsp Multi Collagen Complex
  • cinnamon to taste
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp apple extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 1/2 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all your ingredients in a food processor and blend until thoroughly mixed. 
  2. Spoon into your donut mold (makes about 6) and bake for 13 min at 350 degrees F. Enjoy!
