  • 1 scoop Stay in Keto MCT Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsps unsweetened almond butter
  • 2 tbsps flax meal
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • handful of ice
  • Optional: Top with sugar free whipped cream,  crushed nuts and a dash of cinnamon.
