Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 scoop of Stay in Keto
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup keto friendly sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup keto friendly chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, MCT powder, salt, and baking soda to a bowl and whisk. Set aside.
  3. Stir the butter and sweetener by hand or with a mixer. Mix in the eggs and the vanilla extract.
  4. Add it to the chocolate flour mixture, then stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Roll them and put them on parchment paper lined baking pans. Flatten them slightly.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
