Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoons organic sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Vitamin Bounty Greens for Keto

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Waffle Iron.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vitamin bounty’s raw greens powder. Whisk until combined. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix your non-dairy milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Let the batter rest for 5 mins.
  6. Spray your preheated waffle iron with a non-stick cooking spray
  7. Pour your batter onto the hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
  8. Top with vegan whipped cream and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
