Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 diced onion 
  • 1 diced bell pepper
-1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 scoops Multi Collagen Complex
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower (cut)  
-1 cup diced green beans
  • 1 large sliced carrot
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 
  • 5 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 
  • dried bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot. Add the onions and bell peppers and saute until browned. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. 
  2. Add the cauliflower, green beans, collagen, carrot, tomatoes, broth, bay leaves, and italian seasoning.
  3. Bring the soup to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium low, and cook for 15 minutes, until veggies are soft. Enjoy!
