Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Multi Collagen Complex
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • spices of choice
  • 1 chopped small white onion
  • 1 chopped zucchini
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 bell peppers (cut in half)
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • 1 1/2 cup cauliflower rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat and add onion and zucchini with spices. Once fragrant, add mushroom and garlic.
  3. Once cooked, add in cauliflower rice, then sauce & Collagen. Stir well.
  4. Grease the bottom of an oven safe dish and slice your peppers in half. Add in your filling and cook for 30 min. Top with basil and enjoy!
