Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz) riced cauliflower
  • 2 wedges white cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp (30g) plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30mL) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 scoop (7g) Multi Collagen Complex
  • 1/4 cup (28g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice (6g) bacon
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Microwave bag of cauliflower rice and let cool
  2. Place cauliflower, laughing cow, greek yogurt, and seasoning in blender and blend until mostly smooth. add collagen powder and blend fully
  3. Add to greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese
  4. Bake for 15 min
  5. Top with crumbled bacon and chives and serve
