Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup / 300g full fat greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp powdered erythritol depending on how sweet you like it
  • 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1/4 cup / 30g pistachios
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
