Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup / 300g full fat greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp powdered erythritol depending on how sweet you like it
  • 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1/4 cup / 30g pistachios
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Mix the yogurt, sweetener, matcha powder and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. Spread the mixture out on baking or parchment paper and add the pistachios. Freeze until firm.
