Ingredients

Dough Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp keto powdered sugar
  • 1/8 tsp xanthan gum
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp softened cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsps keto sprinkles
  • 1 scoop of Stay in Keto  
     

Glaze Ingredients  

  • 1/4 cup powdered keto sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • A few drops of red food coloring
  • More sprinkles to top!

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the almond flour, sugar, xanthan gum, salt and MCT.  
  2. Add the cream cheese and vanilla and mix to form your dough. Add in sprinkles and mix again!  
  3. Line a plate with parchment paper and roll the dough into 6-8 balls and place them on the plate.  
  4. Make your glaze by stirring the powdered sugar, cream, vanilla, and food coloring until smooth.  
  5. Dip the cake balls and roll them in the glaze with a spoon.  
  6. Put the balls onto the parchment paper and top with sprinkles. Chill for 30 min. Put the sticks in and enjoy!
