Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup shredded fontina or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF and coat an 8×8 baking dish with butter.
  2. Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Steam for 4-5 minutes until barely tender. Be sure to drain it well!
  3. In a small pot, combine heavy cream, cheeses, cream cheese, salt, pepper, paprika and collagen. Stir it well until it melts.
  4. Add cauliflower to cheese mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Pour into baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown. Top with green onions and enjoy!
