When is my product being shipped out?

We are doing the best we can to coordinate all shipments in a timely manner. During these unprecedented times, our shipping department is getting more requests than usual. Please allow for an extra couple of days to see an update on your shipment.


Why hasn’t my order shipped out yet?

Your order is most likely being processed at our warehouse. Our team is working hard to get all of our shipments out on time, but there may be some delays. As soon as your order ships out, we update our system and you will receive an email with tracking information once it leaves our warehouse.


How long will shipping take?

Shipping within the USA takes around 5-10 business days (but may take a little bit longer for us right now).

Shipping time for international orders will vary depending on the country.


What is my tracking number?

You can find the status of your order and tracking information by clicking the link in your order confirmation email that you should have received when you placed your order.


I placed an order online a few days ago. Is this still shipping?
