Short answer: Yes, but it has zero net carbs. It passes through your body and doesn’t count towards your total carb intake for the day since your body can’t break down fibrous carbs.
Stay In Keto has an ingredient called organic acacia fiber which helps your with digestion and slows down the digestion process, making you feel full and helping you avoid overeating. It also helps act as a prebiotic for the good bacteria in your gut.
Acacia fiber is a dietary fiber, which means it isn’t absorbed by your body and simply passes through your digestive tract.
Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that comes from plants that our bodies cannot process. It simply acts like a carrier to help move food through your body. Since your body can’t process it, this fiber does not count towards your keto carb intake.
The effects can vary. Some customers notice improvements in energy right away and others notice an increase in energy levels after 30 minutes. It really depends on the person and your digestive system.
Our supplements aren’t magic pills here to solve all your problems; they’re meant to accompany you on your journey and give your body the support it needs for your nutrition and fitness plan. To lose weight on any diet, you need to put in the work!
I am offered a lot of electrolyte powder and I chose this one specifically for the blend (and ratio) of calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. The Vitamin C was "an extra" for me - a positive extra. I put one scoop in my litre water bottle and shake vigorously. This is more diluted than recommended, and I like it this way. The flavor is still great (and strong enough for me). I love the orange guava flavor! Most of this mixes well, with a little of the powder settling out. There are about 30 scoops per container, so it comes to about one dollar per scoop. This is cheaper than Evian, my other favorite way to get electrolytes. And it's much more convenient with no heavy lifting per case of Evian and recycling of plastic bottles. Vitamin Bounty Keto goes down more easily, too, with the flavoring. I've noticed slightly better energy levels since I've been drinking this. Great product! I will consider buying this again.
