Suggested use: Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 oz of water and consume 30 minutes prior to training. Start with ½ a scoop to assess your tolerance. Do not consume more than 2 scoops per day.

I purchased this pre-workout because I needed a little pick-me-up before my workouts. I used to use another pre-workout and I did not realize that it contained so much sugar. This one is super easy to mix with water and it tastes great leaving no aftertaste. Even my sister-in-law that is not on keto enjoys this one. I started out using half a scoop because you never know how strong a pre-workout is. It does not give you those ridiculous jitters that are so often associated with pre-workout. Although, when you first get it you do have to do a bit of a search to find the scoop because it does get hidden in the mix, that is to be expected as this is a powder.
