What's a pre-workout?

Pre-workouts are used by all types of athletes to increase their energy and endurance during their workout routines.

If you are new to using pre-workouts, we recommend starting with a smaller dose to test your sensitivity levels (around ½ a scoop). Some people experience “tingles” in their body when consuming pre-workouts, but don’t worry! This is normal and doesn’t affect everyone. If it happens to you, this is the effect of the beta-alanine in your system. The effects are only temporary and will dissipate on its own. All the ingredients in Alpha GX7 are safe.

Why am I itchy?

This itchiness or tingling skin is caused by an ingredient called Beta-Alanine. Pre-workout products which feature this ingredient, especially in doses higher than 2g per serve, will most likely cause this sensation. This is due to Beta-Alanine causing acute paresthesia.)
