Can I crush the capsules?

We recommend that you do not chew or crush our capsules. Our probiotics are made with special delayed-release capsule technology. It protects the contents of the supplement from harsh stomach acids that may destroy the probiotic cultures. The delayed-release capsules open up and release its contents after it has passed this area of your digestive system and allows for the probiotics to be released at its final destination.

Is this dairy-free?

Short answer: Yes, it is dairy-free.
Long answer: Our Pro-50, Pro-25, Pro-Daily, and Pro-Daily Immunity contain a probiotic strain called Lactobacillus acidophilus. This healthy gut bacteria works in your body by producing an enzyme called lactase (essential for the digestion of whole milk) to breakdown and digest lactose (the sugar that gives milk its sweetness). The word "lacto" in our probiotic simply means its purpose is to help with the digestion of milk! Long story short, our probiotics do not contain dairy.

How many capsules does it come with?

There are 60 capsules in each bottle, and it will last you 30 days if you take one serving per day. (One serving is 2 capsules)

Will this protect me from viruses?
