Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 scoop Multi Collagen Complex
  • 1/2 cup Milk (of choice)
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375F. Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend until well combined.
  2. Pour batter into 2-3 small ramekins and place in a large 9x13 casserole dish or baking tray. Top with Chocolate Chips, Nuts, Berries, or other toppings if desired.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with any Honey, Nut Butters, or Chocolate for extra flavor. Enjoy!
