Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 scoop Stay in Keto
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • low sugar pasta sauce
  • zucchini noodles

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F, line a baking sheet pan with foil and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Then, add ground chicken, parmesan cheese, egg, oil, Stay in Keto, fresh parsley and spices to a large bowl and using your hands, mix well until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Using a large spoon or a scooper, portion out your meatballs and place them on your baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with zoodles and keto friendly sauce. Enjoy!
