  • 2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cold, cubed, butter
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 chives

  1. Combine almond flour, baking powder, chives, and salt in a bowl
  2. Add cold cubed butter and rub it into almond mixture until small pea-sized pebbles form
  3. Add eggs one at a time
  4. Mix in sour cream until a dough ball is formed
  5. Refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour
  6. Roll dough into a large rectangle shape and cut out small squares
  7. Transfer squares onto a baking sheet
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 13-15 minutes or until it is golden brown
