Skewer Ingredients:

  • olive oil
  • spices
  • red onion
  • tomato
  • assorted bell peppers
  • carrots
  • sweet potatoes
  • zucchini
  • red potato


Tzaziki Ingredients:  

  • pinch of salt
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsps dill seasoning
  • 2 cups grated cucumber
  • 1 scoop Stay in Keto
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps olive oil

Skewer Instructions 

  1. Chop your veggies and season with spices and olive oil.
  2. String them onto skewers in a rainbow pattern and air fry at 390F for 10 min. Dip in tzatziki and enjoy!
