Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 scoop Collagen Complex
  • 4 tbsp butter
-1 thinly sliced shallot
-5 cloves minced garlic
-1/2 cup chicken broth
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp pepper
-1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
-1 lb shrimp
-1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. On medium heat, melt butter, olive oil, garlic and shallots and cook for 4 min. 
  2. Add the chicken broth, collagen, lemon juice, and spiced. Cook until liquid reduced by half. 
  3. Add the shrimp and parley. Cook until shrimp turns pink, Enjoy!
