Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 small red onion or 1/4 cup chopped red onions
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 medium size jalapeño pepper finely chopped
1 small Roma tomato (seeds removed) chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
Cut avocados lengthwise and remove pit
Spoon out the avocado into a small mortar, mash with the pestle, add the lime juice, mix
Add the onion, cilantro, jalapeño tomato and salt. Store gently until evenly blended.
Taste and add additional salt if needed.
Serve immediately
