Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Get into Keto
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsps liquid stevia (to taste)
  • 1 packed unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup water (divided)

Instructions

  1. Boil 1/4 cup water. 
  2. While the water is boiling, add 1/4 cup room temperature water to a bowl along with one packet of gelatin.
  3. Once the water has boiled, add it to the bowl along with the preworkout, stevia and lemon juice. 
  4. Stir until well combined (about 2 min). 
  5. Spray a gummy mold with non stick spray and add the liquid. 
  6. Refrigerate until set (about 3 hours). Enjoy!
