Boil 1.5 cups of water in a saucepan.
Once boiling, add 1/4 cup of gluten free old fashioned oats. Stir every so often to ensure oats are soaking up the water.
Add 1 scoop of Collagen Peptides and mix well.
Once most of the water is absorbed, add one ripe banana, 1/4 cup of blueberries and a handful of frozen cherries. Feel free to sub an fruit or add nuts! Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and mix. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes. Pour into a bowl and any toppings!
