Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberries 
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Collagen Complex 
  • 1 tbsp powdered keto sweetener 
  • 1 capsule Pro-50
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

 

Optional Toppings:

  • Unsweetened coconut whipped cream 
  • Keto friendly granola 
  • Fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Mash the raspberries with a fork in a bowl. 
  2. In a different bowl, stir the collagen, chia seeds, sweetener, and probiotic. 
  3. Next, add in the almond milk, vanilla and raspberries and stir well.  
  4. Chill overnight. Stir it again before serving and add your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
